무용전공 고등학생이 인식하는 공적 자의식과 사회적 체형불안과의 관계에서 신체상 자기차이의 매개효과 검증

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 무용전공 고등학생이 인식하는 공적 자의식과 사회적 체형불안과의 관계에서 신체상 자기차이의 매개효과를 검증하여 높은 사회적 체형불안을 경험하는 무용전공 고등학생들을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하는 것이다. 예술 고등학교에 재학 중인 무용전공 학생 363명의 자료를 바탕으로 연구를 진행하였으며 질문지의 신뢰도 및 타당도 검증을 거친 후 연구의 목적에 맞도록 자료 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 사회적 체형불안, 공적 자의식, 신체상 자기차이 모두 여학생이 남학생 보다 높은 것으로 나타났으며 신체상 자기차이 집단에 따르면 마르고 싶은 집단에서 사회적 체형불안이 가장 높게 나타났다. 공적 자의식, 신체상 자기차이, 사회적 체형불안의 영향 관계를 살펴본 결과 공적 자의식은 사회적 체형불안과 신체상 자기차이에 정적인 영향을 미쳤으며 신체상 자기차이는 사회적 체형불안에 정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 신체상 자기차이가 공적 자의식과 사회적 체형불안의 관계에서 부분 매개하고 있다는 것을 확인하였다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate mediating effect of body image self discrepancy, and offer a basic information for dance major high school students in the relationship between public self consciousness and social physique anxiety. The questionnaires of this study were verified in terms of validity and reliability, and a total of 363 students of arts high school, who are majoring in dance, participate in the paper survey. Results of this research are as follows: Female students have higher perception in public self-consciousness, body image self-discrepancy, and social physique anxiety than male students. According to body image self discrepancy group, the group, desiring to have skinny shape, sets the highest value in public self consciousness and social physique anxiety. The results of a influencing relationship of each factor, public self consciousness has positive relationship in social physique anxiety and body image self discrepancy, and body image self discrepancy has positive effect with social physique anxiety. Also body image self discrepancy was mediate in the relationship between public self consciousness and social physique anxiety.
