dc.description.abstract이 연구는 부모의 긍정적 학습관여와 초등학생의 진로성숙의 관계에서 학업적 자기효능감과 진로결정 자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. G광역시에 거주하는 초등학교 5, 6학년 학생들을 대상으로 부모(법적보호자)의 허락을 구한 뒤, 연구 참여에 동의한 학생들을 대상으로 부모의 긍정적 학습관여, 학업적 자기효능감, 진로결정 자기효능감, 진로성숙 척도로 구성된 자기보고 질문지를 배포하였다. 최종적으로 508명의 자료를 구조방정식 모형으로 분석하였고, 매개효과는 Bootstrapping을 이용하여 검증하였다. 연구결과, 부학습관여와 진로성숙의 관계에서 진로결정 자기효능감의 단독매개효과가 유의하였고, 학업적 자기효능감, 진로결정 자기효능감의 다중매개효과도 유의하였다. 반면, 모학습관여에서 진로성숙의 관계에서 학업적 자기효능감과 진로결정 자기효능감의 다중매개효과만 유의하였다. 이는 부모의 긍정적 학습관여가 자녀로 하여금 학습에 대한 자신감을 가지도록 하는데 도움이 되고, 고양된 학습에 대한 자신감은 초등학생들의 진로결정 자기효능감을 높이는데 도움이 되어, 궁극적으로 초등학생의 진로성숙도를 높일 수 있음을 시사한다고 볼 수 있다.-
dc.description.abstractThis study examined the mediating effects of academic self-efficacy and career decision making self-efficacy on the relationships between parental academic involvement and career maturity in elementary school students in G city. With parental or legal guardian permission, 5th and 6th grade students who agreed to participate in the study, were asked to complete a survey packet consisting of parental positive academic involvement, academic self-efficacy, career decision making self-efficacy, and career maturity scales. A total of 508 surveys were obtained after data screening. In order to examine the relationships among the study variables, a structural equation model was employed and the mediating effects were verified by a bootstrapping procedure. The results of the structural equation model analysis indicated that the multiple mediating effects of academic self-efficacy and career decision making self-efficacy were significant on the relationships between paternal and maternal academic involvement and career maturity. However, the mediating effect of career decision making self-efficacy was significant only on the relationships of paternal academic involvement and career maturity.
Therefore, parents academic involvement can facilitate their childrens career maturity through improving their childrens academic self-efficacy and career decision making self-efficacy.
