발달장애 자녀 어머니의돌봄스트레스가 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향: 자기자비 2요인의 차별적 매개효과

Abstract

본 연구는 발달장애 자녀를 둔 어머니들의 돌봄 스트레스와 삶의 만족도 관계에서 자기친절, 보편적 인간성, 마음챙김의 자기자비 긍정요인과, 자기비난, 고립, 과잉동일시의 자기자비 부정요인의 2요인이 각각 독립적임을 검증하고, 2요인의 차별적인 영향을 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 발달장애 자녀를 둔 어머니를 대상으로 삶의 만족도, 돌봄 스트레스, 자기자비 척도를 이용하여 설문을 실시하였고, 최종적으로 472부의 자료를 분석하였다. 구조방정식으로 분석결과 발달장애 자녀 어머니의 돌봄 스트레스가 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향에서 자기자비 2요인은 각각 차별적으로 영향을 주는 것으로 확인되었다. 돌봄 스트레스와 삶의 만족도의 관계에 있어서 자기자비 긍정요인의 매개효과는 유의하지 않았으나, 부정요인의 매개효과가 유의하게 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 돌봄 스트레스가 직접적으로 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치기도 하지만 자기자비 부정요인을 통해 간접적으로 영향을 미친다는 것을 의미한다. 마지막으로 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 후속 연구에 대한 제언과 발달장애 자녀 어머니를 대상으로 한 상담 및 지원에 대한 시사점을 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study was to identify differential mediating effects of bi-factorial of self-compassion on relations between caregiving stress and life satisfaction of mothers of Children with developmental disabilities. For this purpose, the investigator first checked the fitness of a bi-factorial structure, which consisted of and tested if the bi-factorial of positive and negative bi-factorial would be independent from each other. A Research was conducted of mothers of Children with developmental disabilities based on inventories on life satisfaction, caregiving stress, and self-compassion. Total 472 questionnaires were used in analysis. Analysis result : the bi-factorial of self-compassion factor had differential effects on the influence of caregiving stress on life satisfaction of mothers of Children with developmental disabilities. The negative self-compassion factors had significant mediating effects on relations between caregiving stress and life satisfaction. Finally, suggestions for follow–up research and implications for counseling were proposed.
