| dc.description.abstract | It is said that national power is determined by economic power, which in turn is determined by the productivity and competitiveness of manufacturing firms. That is, a decrease in the competitiveness of manufacturing firms brings about a decrease in national power. The competitiveness of Korean manufacturing firms, however, has declined for the past several years. It is important that we identify the causes of this trend, and investigate policies to enhance competition. Thus this article will emphasize on human resource development. | - |
