팀유효성 결정요인에 관한 연구의 종합

Abstract

Much academic research on teams have been done as the team structures

were in fashion in the real world for the past 15 years. The research on teams.

however, is not only diversified in various areas as psychology, sociology,

politics, business administration, and economics. but also is not systematically

synthesized yet. This study does a comprehensive and systematic synthesis

of the determinants of team effectiveness. It does a theoretical exploration

as to what process each determinant (of the comprehensive model) go through.

what interactions occur among them as they affect team effectiveness.

Propositions are made to make clear summary of the exploration and to

make recommendations for future studies on team effectiveness.
