- Abstract
- Meta-analysis allows researchers to arrive at conclusions that are more credible
than any individual study in a narrative review. But the problem of multilevel
in the meta-analysis is occurred if the effects measured at an individual level
were weighted more heavily than effects measured at group level of analysis.
This study reviews meta-analysis study with a focus on studies of human
resource management and organizational behavior. ksults shows that studies
using meta-analysis even on the same topic can have different conclusions
depending on the specific method they use for meta-analysis. Implications for
future research on multilevel meta-analysis are also discussed.
