Abstract
Not like industrial society, whether it is capitalist or socialist regime, Post Capitalist Society(PCS) is based on knowledge in terms of production factors, And in PCS, there is no discrimination between capitalists and workers actually who are the same men because of longer life expectancy and development of pension system. Usually another distinctive aspect of PCS is knowledge-based industry especially using information technology and communication technology, aka, ICT. The development of ICT may delete or decrease many (specifically to say mental and time consuming) jobs and works once human being must do. Then it is safe in some degree that the PCS will be workfree society. If so, there will be three tasks which Human Resource Management should handle, i. e.. labor flexibility, employability, and corporate governance. In old days, high-class men (aristocrats of Athens, China, Europe, and Chosun) did not work to earn daily bread. If they did, they were blamed because it was supposed to take away lower class men's duty and mean to make them die of hunger. In the workfree society of PCS, two problems will rise compared to previous society to be settled and prepared. one will be workfree ethics and the other will be workfree environment. The former will be somewhat easy. but the latter will evoke quarrelsome debates.
