Abstract

The growth of office automation has become irrevocable with the progress of information society. The success of office automation is mainly depending on the capability of business firms. But it is also true that it is greatly affected by the intrastructure of the society, such as telecommunication networks, information processing device suppliers, and fee systems. This study investigated the current situation and managers perceptions on the office automation of the local business firms in Chung-cheong area. The result of this study will be useful for comparative studies on the other areas in Korea.
