- 本書는 經營學에서의 6개분야, 즉 生産과 재고관리, 마아케팅, 流通관리, 人的資源, 會計 및 관리에 관한 기초적인 모델의 응용을 중심으로 매우 폭넓은 내용을 소개하고 있다. 數學的•統計學인 方法論은 經營관리상의 문제에 있어서 制約된 범위내에서 적절하게 적용한다면, 현실적으로 보다 효과적인 결론을 유도하는데 커다란 도움이 된다는 것을 알 수 있다.
