- 우리 經濟는 과거 20여년간 정부의 주도하에 눈부신 발전을 해 왔다. 經濟開發計劃에 의하여 정부가 주도하는 기간 산업이 정해지고 이에 필요한 자금을 金融機關이나 海外 貯蓄을 통하여 능동적으로 조달함으로써 높은 성과를 이룩한 것은 주지의 사실이다.
