- 오늘날의 企業經營의 持徴中의 하나는 所有와 經營의 分離라 할수 있다. 이러한 所有와 經營의 分離는 經營者의 意思決定機能과 株式所有者의 危險負擔機能이 서로 分離되어 専門化가 가능해 지도록 함으로써 産効率의 증대에 큰 공헌을 하였다.
