reform might be different from country to country, but this seems to be a common awareness
among the countries that educational reform constitutes one of the most effective and fundamental

but a structural one as well. In the era of the information society, knowledge and information
will be driving forces behind social development.
A nations level of creativity in the fields of science and technology and knowledge and
culture is the most potent determinant of the fate of a nation. nation's power, wealth and living
standards of its people are determined by the breadth and depth of its intellectual assets, which
include technology, information, knowledge and culture.
