| dc.description.abstract | 신흥시장경제권은 국제금융체제에 본격적으로 편입되기 시작하였지만 이러한 조류는 경제성장에 과부하, 불안요소로 작용하고 있다. 하지만 국제시스템 발전은 개발도상국의 수출에 대한 시장의 중요한 역할에 대한 교훈을 주고 있으며 자본유입과 해외저축이 결코 수출을 통한 성장을 대체할 수 없음을 시사한다. 근본적인 개혁을 위해서는 금융세계화와 개발도상국 및 선진국 모두를 아우르는 외환협약의 긍정적 효과에 대한 교훈을 확고하게 인식이 선행되어야 할 것이다. | - |
