| dc.description.abstract | 『偏差値 偏重의 受驗競爭에 따른 戰害를 시정하기 위하여, 各 大學은 각각 자유롭게 개성적인 入學者 선발을 위한 入試 改革에 매진할 것을 요청한다. 또한, 현행 國公立大學의 공통 1차 시험에 대신하여, 國公立 · 私立을 불문하고 各 大學이 자유롭게 이용할 수 있는 『공통테스트』를 새롭게 창설한다. 이 공통테스트의 실시를 위하여 國公 · 私立의 各 大學이 대등한 입장에서 이용할 수 있고 고등학교 관계자가 참여할 수 있도록 대학입시센타의 설치 형태나 기능에 대하여 검토하고 그 개혁을 추진한다. | - |
