If the conditions of equality in the competition were taken out, that is conflict. All the accidents in sports take place when many alea elements were involved and the conditions of equality were not given. Referee should get rid of such alea elements, contemplate the safety of players, and try to keep rules well. The objective of sports lies in the cultivation of the values such as hardship-enduring strong fighting spirits, will powers, teamwork, cooperation for the competition against himself, nature, and the opposing side in the course of the development of training by formulating socially and individually worthwhile things, i.e. a system of values such as physical strength, health, techniques, strategy cooperating spirits through the means of competition.
