dc.description.abstractThis study was performed to determine the effects upon 800m running ability that result from programmed. rope skipping, rope skippings were administered to 60 junior school girls The subjects were devided into three groups:Group 1 (10 girls), Group 2 (40 girls), and Group 3 (10 girls) skipped rope 30 minutes daily for six weeks comparisons were made among three data, The conclusion of this study can be summerized as follows. 1. Improvements of running ability with six weeks rope skipping for Group 1 and Group 2 were significant 2. Daily 30 minutes rope skipping for weeks can improve physical work capacity for junior school girls.-
