HAND BALL JUMP SHOT의 動作分析

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain knowledges and informations pertaining to the throwing of jump shot in the field. The jump shot is a basic and important movement in a handball game. Eight male handball players of Seoul National University were used for the purpose of this study. They were divided into two groups, well-trained players and beginners respectively. Shooting movements performed by each group members were taken by 16mm high speed camera. Then all films were assembled and analyzed by cinematographical techniques. The results of this study are summarized as follows: 1. Jump movements in shooting In comparing two groups, skilled group showed almost vertical one in jump in take-on angle, while unskilled group not. 2. Backswing in shooting Skilled group were quicker in draw illed group. Each members of skilled group held the bal1with the resistance arm stretched back, pulled the left shoulder forth, the torso to the right. 3. Preparing movements in shot In shooting movements, skilled group, their trunks as axis of jump shot, moved forward their shoulders first, and then the elbows, finally the balls; While unskilled group, their shoulders as axis of jump shot, the elbows and the balls almost simultaneously. 4. Forward turning movements of extremities in shooting were observed only in the skilled group.
