| dc.description.abstract | 韓國의 法學敎育은 日帝下에서 正式 發展하였다. 普成專門學校나 大東法學校 등에서 法學敎育이 行해졌으나 正式法科大學體制는 京城法學專門大學와 京城帝國大學設立에 基因한다고 할 수 있다. 이 制度는 3年制 大學課程이 原則이었고 法學專門敎育制度로 運營되었다. 解放 後에 京城帝大는 京城大學校로 改編되었다. 그러나 法學敎育은 美國의 影響을 받음이 없이 舊日本式의 法學敎育이 行해졌다. 이러한 4年制 學部敎育은 司法試驗合格을 擔保하지 못하였기 때문에 敎室의 空洞化를 가져왔고 山寺에서 暗記工夫하는 것을 考試受驗의 正道로까지 認識하였다. | - |
