| dc.description.abstract | 우리나라의 거버넌스는 급속한 변동의 와중에 있습니다. 상황변화의 추세에 대응하는 거버넌스의 발전방향을 생각해보려합니다. 사회체제 다원화의 가속을 가장 기본적인 배경변화로 보아야할 것 같습니다. 정치적∙사회적 권력 중추는 다양화∙다극화되어가고 있습니다. 정보화의 촉진은 다극점들의 연계를 늘리고, 상호간 접근가능성을 높이고, 제 관계의 네트워크화를 요구하고 촉진합니다. 사회체제의 수직적 분화와 다양화도 촉진되고 있습니다. 그러나 경직적인 계서제화(階序制化)의 방향은 아닌 것 같습니다. 사회적 교호작용관계는 수직적∙계서적이기보다 수평적인 특성을 점점 더 많이 지니게 될 것입니다. | - |
