폐의 거대세포암(2증례보고 및 병리학적 검토)

Abstract

Two casses of giant cell carcinoma of the lung in thirty and sixty-year-old females are presented. This variety, first so designated and described by Nash and Stout in 1958, is consistent in its lack differentiation and numerous bizarre pleomorphic giant cells. Histologically, the tumor may be distinguished from other large cell undifferentiated carcinoma of lung, pleomorphic rhabdomyosarcoma, metastatic choriocarcinoma or large cell type of undifferentiated carcinoma of thyroid gland. Patho-anatomic and histo-pathologic findings are briefly discussed concerning with the onchogenesis.
