- e-Learning 에서 학생이 접하는 인터페이스는 사람이 아
니라 컴퓨터 화면이다. 따라서 혼자라는 느낌이 들게 마
련이다. 이런 환경에서는 컴퓨터 저편에 사람이 실제로
존재하는 것처럼 느끼게 하는 social presence 증진 전략
이 요구된다. 사람 냄새가 풍기는 정겨운 학습의 장을 만
들기 위해서는 어떻게 해야 할까?
