- This paper is purposed for investigating the newspaper, published in '70 and
called . First of all, we have discussed the pedagogical value of regarding onto Korean Language Education. After thoroughly examining , we could have got contemporary ideas about 'what to read', and 'how to read'. Lastly, we have examined social conditions and atmosphere around 'reading', such as reading practices and movements in '70.
