Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the problems of the raw score system of the current 'Korean teaching ability test' and to provide the specific solutions of the score transformation system for the new 'Korean teaching ability test'. In the interests of analyzing more about latent problems in the current 'Korean teaching ability test', how these problems were solved and which perspective of the score transformation system was appropriate to the new 'Korean teaching ability test', was the focus of the study. The aspects of the standard score using Z score or T score, and the true score of the Item Response Theory were analyzed through the various simulation method to examine how those score transformation system were applied to the new 'Korean teaching ability test'.
