북한 이탈주민을 위한 정보화 교육프로그램 개발 연구

Abstract

본 연구는 급속하게 증가하고 있는 남한거주 탈북자를 위한 정보화 교육프로그램을 개발하는 데 있어 그 설계전략을 제공하는 데 목적이 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 탈북자들이 남한 정보화 사회에 성공적으로 적응할 수 있는 구체적, 실천적 방안의 하나로서 이들을 위한 정보화 교육프로그램 개발에 초점을 맞추었다. 프로그램 개발을 위하여 249명의 탈북자 및 주변인과 10명의 탈북동지회 소속인을 대상으로 설문과 인터뷰를 실시하여 탈북자들의 특성과 환경을 조사하였다. 이러한 조사결과를 바탕으로 ISD 모델을 기초로 설계전략을 도출하고자 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 정보화에 대한 선수지식이 거의 없는 탈북자대상 정보화 교육프로그램의 설계전략을 크게 교육목적 및 수행목표, 학습영역, 계열화, 교수전략 및 매체전략의 차원에서 도출하였다. 교육목적은 남한 정보화 사회에서의 성공적 적응이며, 그에 따른 수행목표는 디지털 리터러시(Digital Literacy)의 습득 및 직업능력 향상이었다. 마지막으로 수행목표 달성에 필요한 거시적, 미시적 설계전략을 제안하였다.

This study was conducted in order to furnish the design strategies and develope some information education program that can make the people who were defected from North-Korea adjust in South-Korea successfully. To develop the program, we made questionnaire and interviewed to 249 defected people and 10 members of a defect people association about their characteristics and environments. With the need assessments, we designed an information education program for the defected. Our program consisted of four parts; education purpose, achievement target, learning domain, and teaching strategy. The main purpose of education was to adapt them successfully on South Korea, information-oriented society, and the achievement target was acquisition of the Digital Literacy and fostering of the job ability. According to these achievement target, macroscopic, microscopic design strategies could be established. Especially language education for the defected people from North Korea and the instructional strategy that is using IT Power user by the defected people who were adapted already successfully.
