다문화가정 한국인남편의 결혼적응 과정

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 다문화가정 한국인 남편들이 경험한 결혼적응 과정 및 이 과정에 작용하는 요인들을 탐색하 는 데 있다. 이를 위해 6명의 다문화가정 한국인 남편들을 대상으로 1년여의 관찰 및 2개월간의 심층면접을 통 해 자료를 수집하고, 이를 근거이론 접근방법으로 분석하였다. 주요 연구결과 첫째, 연구 참여자들의 결혼적응 과정은 일방적 대응 단계, 인식 전환 단계, 동반자 단계, 사회참여 단계의 4단계를 거치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 결혼적응 과정에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 임신과 출산, 처가 방문, 언론 보도, 사회적지지 체 계가 발견되었다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 다문화가정 한국인 남편들을 대상으로 한 교육 및 상담 전략에 대한 제언을 하였다.

The purpose of this study is to explore the marital adjustment process and factors intervening this process of korean husband of multi-cultural family. For this, observations and interviews were conducted with six korean husband of multi-cultural family through two months. Interview data were analysed using Grounded Theory Approach. The results of this study are as follows: First, participants went through four stages in their marital adjustment process; the stage of one-way action, the stage of awareness, the stage of companion, the stage of social participation. Second, the factors that influenced this process include 'pregnancy & childbirth', 'visiting wife's home town', 'mass media', 'social support system'. From the results of this study, strategies of education and counseling for korean husbands were uggested.
