Writer made a classification of Korean climate, based on the system devised by W. Koppen(1931), G.T.Trewartha(1968) and H.Critchfield(1968) and compared the results. He used the data in the average of 50 years(1904-1953), of 30 years(1931-1960), of 10 years(1957-1966) and annual statistics from 1957 to 1966 published from Central Meteorological Office, Seoul, Korea. And these date used to draw climatic maps of korea. He arrived at the following conclusions; 1. C/D boundary: Trewartha or Critchfield system coincides with the distribution of vegetation more than Köppen system, in Korea. 2 There are no regions which show f climate exc-ept UI-Nung Island. When we apply the systems in the average statistics of 50 years, 30 years or even 10 years, we may find f climate region. Actually, however, Korea has outstanding dry season in winter, except UI-Nung, Island. 3.After Trewartha, there is no Oceanic climate region (Do) in Korea, But it is identified to have Do climate in UI-Nung Island. 4. He presents the Map 9 as the map of climate distribution of Korea.-
