It is generally accepted that Poong(風) signifies weather orclimate and SOO(水) means using water condition. That is a kind of traditional settlementlocation theory in Korea.Chang-Jo Choi* In this thesis the aut her explains "PoongSoo" focusing on "Eum-Taek", from a viewpoint of site for recreation and resort area.
