한·중관계의 발전과 규범 충돌: 현황과 과제

Abstract

이 논문은 한국과 중국 간에 발생하는 규범 및 가치관의 충돌 문제를 분석하는 것이다. 1992년 수교 이후, 한ㆍ중 관계는 다양한 영역에서 눈부신 발전을 이룩했다. 이와 함께 한ㆍ중 간에는 대립과 갈등이 발생할 영역과 가능성이 전보다 증가했다. 양국 간 규범 및 가치관의 충돌은 그 중의 하나이다. 현재 한ㆍ중 간에는 민주와 인권, 법치, 역사 해석, 문화 전파, 발전 모델 등을 둘러싸고 규범 및 가치관의 갈등이 나타나고 있고, 일부는 충돌로 악화되고 있다. 향후 한ㆍ중 관계의 지속적이고 안정적인 발전을 위해서는 양국 간에 규범 및 가치관 충돌이 발생하지 않도록 사전에 대비하는 노력이 필요하다. This article aims at analyzing the norm conflicts between South Korea and China. Since the normalization of diplomatic lie in 1992, Sino-South Korean relationship has splendidly developed in various areas. However, the possibility that conflicts between the two countries takes place has simultaneously increased, and norm conflict is one of the most serious areas. AI present, South Korea and China witness norm conflicts concerning some issues, including democracy and human rights, rule of law, historical disputes, diffusion of mass culture, and developmental models. South Korea and China need to make their efforts preventing norm differences from deteriorating into norm conflicts for more stable and consistent development of their relations in the future.
