북한 경제시스템의 복잡계 현상: 시장의 자기조직화 경로를 중심으로

Abstract

본 연구는 계획과 시장이 공존하는 북한 경제시스템의 복잡계 현상을 시장의 자기조직화 경로를 중심으로 분석하였다. Ⅱ장에서는 복잡계 이론과 분석 개념 및 방법을 다루었다. Ⅲ장 에서는 북한 경제 시스템에 시장질서가 착근하게 된 자기조직화 1국면을 다루었다. 1990~2000년 기간인 이 시기 대표적 복잡계 현상은 사회엔트로피, 창발, 끌개이다. IV장에서는 시장이 발전하여 북함 경제시스템의 한 축으로 작동하게 된 자기조직화 II국면을 다루었다. 2000~2007년 기간 긍정피드백, 위계, 프랙탈이 주요 복잡계 현상으로 드러났다. V장에서는 계획주체에 의해 시장시스템이 충격을 받다 회복기로 접어든 자기조직화 III국면을 다루었다. 2007~2010년 현재까지인 이 시기 시장시스템을 무력화시키려는 부정피드백이 공격적으로 작용하다, 경제시스템의 비평형성이 두드러짐을 규명하였다. 한편 이들 북한 경제시스템에서 나타난 복잡계 현상들은 공존하거나, 질서와 무질서의 동시적 양상으로 혼재되기도 하고, 서로에게 작용과 반작용을 하는 등 긴밀한 상호작용을 한다. 즉, 시간적 순서에 따른 현상이 아니라 동시성과 중첩성을 갖는다.

This article examines the status quo of complexity on economic system of North Korea. This study, especially. centers upon the path of self-organization on market economy in North Korea. Chapter 2 deals with complexity theory, the fundamental notions of analysis and the analysis methodology basing on office agent-based model on the history of agents and their interactions. Chapter 3 seeks to estimate the first phase of self-organization as formation times of market economy from below in North Korea; 1990-2000. The main status quo of complexity in this period are social entropy, emergence, attractor. Chapter 4 examines the second phase of self-organization as development times of market economy; 2000-2007. The main status quo of complexity in this period are positive feedback, hierarchy and fractal. Chapter S analyzes the third phase of self-organization as decline and reaction times of market economy; 2007- 2010. The main status quo of complexity in this period are negative feedback, non-linearity. These status quo shows simultaneity and reiteration.
