In the process of word formation, there are gaps, which can be divided into accidental gaps and systematic ones. The former appear when certain words are possible to exist but they do not exist yet. On the other hand, the latter can be found for some reasons, which can be generally classified as phonological and semantic'. The gaps found for the semantic reason are connected with blocking,
and the blocking takes place among productive derivational word formations. Moreover, two words (or more) which have almost same meaning can occupy one gap without blocking each other. These phenomena furnishes the conclusive evidence that lexicon has abundant properties.
