체계적 문헌 고찰을 통한 국어 교과서 선정 기준 연구

Abstract

본 연구에서는 체계적 문헌 고찰(systematic review) 방법을 택하여 국어 교 과서 선정 기준 관련 연구들을 체계적, 종합적으로 수집, 정리하고, 이를 통해 교과서 선정 기준의 기틀을 마련하고자 하였다. 체계적 문헌 고찰이란, 특정 연구 질문에 대해 최선의 가용 가능한 연구 결과를 종합하는 과학적 연구 방법이다. 본 연구에서는 연구진의 숙의와 방법 전문가의 자문을 거쳐 총 8개의 검색 DB를 활용하여 최종 163건의 분석 대상 문헌 자료를 확정하였다. 그리고 김은성 외(2013)에서 도출한 교사가 교과서 선정시 주목하는 지각 단위(목차, 단원, 제재, 학습활동, 학습목표, 설명, 평가, 분량, 저자, 출판사, 보조자료, 디자인) 별로 관련 문헌들의 논의 내용을 모두 추출한 후, 해당 내용들을 살펴 각 지각 단위와 관련하여 중요하게 언급된 속성을 귀납적으로 도출하였다. 이렇게 각 지각 단위별로 교과서 선정 시 유의미하게 살펴봐야 하는 속성을 귀납적으로 도출한 결과, 총 12개 지각 단위와 관련하여 총 38개의 속성이 도출되었다. 이처럼 각 지각 단위별로 도출된 속성들은 차후 교과서 선정 기준의 틀을 구축하는 과정에서 유의미한 평가 기준으로 구체화될 수 있는 것들로서, 교과서 선정 기준 마련의 기틀이 될 수 있다.

This study is purposed for developing criteria for selecting Korean textbook. For this purpose, we collect extensively references on selecting Korean textbooks then analyze them through systematic review. Systematic review is the scientific research methodology, which collect, synthesize and organize the utmost available references on some research questions. Through 8 search DB, 163 references were lastly selected, then extracted overall passages which referred to 12 perception unit(a table of contents, unit, text, activity, objectives, explanation, assessment, supplementary data, amount, author, publisher, design). We deliberated constantly on them, then drew the properties of each perception unit. These properties could be converted into evaluation criteria for selecting Korean textbook, such as for example, a table of contents, Is it systemic?, Is it representational? and so on. Therefore, he total number of 38 properties of 12 perception unit would be supposed to frame criteria for selecting Korean textbook significantly.
