재외동포 대상 한국어 교과서 개발 정책의 현황과 발전 방향

Abstract

재외 한글학교용 한국어 교재를 개발하기 위한 내용과 과정은 다음과 같이 정리할 수 있다. 제1단계에서는 한국어 교재의 교육 내용을 표준화하여야 한다. 이 과정에서는 한국어 교육 전문가가 중요한 역할을 하게 된다. 제2단계에서는 교육 내용을 연령 및 학교급별로 체계화하여야 한다. 여기에서는 국내 학교급별 교사 또는 현지 한글학교 교사들이 학습자를 고려한 교재화작업을 하게 된다. 제3단계에서는 교육 내용을 언어권별로 특성화하여야 한다. 마지막으로 현지 한글학교 교사나 현지 한국어 교육 전문가들은 현지 언어에 맞게 한국어 교육 내용을 조정하게 될 것이다.

The present study aims to suggest a directions to develop korean textbooks for overseas korean. We have to consider some factors. This is an development process of korean textbooks. First. We have to standardize contents of korean textbooks. Second, korean textbooks should have a different contents in the following age groups Third, It is necessary to provide the specialized korean textbooks for different languages.
