자궁내막비후증 및 자궁내막암의 병리조직학적 검색

Abstract

A histopathological study was made on 65 cases of endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial carcinoma, that were obtained from the files of Departments of Pathology, College of Medicine, Seoul National University, and National Medical Center, during a 5-year period from 1975 to 1979_ Total 45 cases of endometrial hyperplasia were reclassified into endometrial hyperplasia without atypia (36 cases) , endometrial hyperplasia with minimal atypia (5 cases) , and endometrial hyperplasia with moderate atypia (3 cases) ,and endometrial hyperplasia with severe atypia(1 cases). Their ages ranged from 28 to 62, with a median of 46 years. Twenty cases of endometrial adenocarcinoma were reclassified into grade I (14 cases) ,grade II (3 cases) , and grade III (3 cases). The ages ranged from 28 to 71, with a median of 53.6 years.
