| dc.description.abstract | 심적 사건이 물리 세계에 아무런 인과적 차이를 가져오지 못한
다는 우려를 해소하기 위해 최근 많은 철학자들이 과잉 결정 모델을 옹호 하였다. 그러나 심적 인과는 과잉 결정이 아니며 과잉 결정일 필요도 없 다. 심적 인과를 과잉 결정으로 보기 어려운 여러 이유들이 있다. 그리고 철학자들이 심적 인과를 과잉 결정으로 보고자 하는 동기는 배제 논변에 대항하기 위해서 인데, 과잉 결정에 의존하지 않고 배제 논변을 반박하는 것이 가능하다. 즉, 심적 인과가 과잉 결정이 아니더라도 비환원주의자는 심적 사건이나 속성의 인과적 효력과 물리세계의 인과적 폐쇄성을 동시에 받아들일 수 가 있다. | - |
