상대주거비용 및 항상소득이 주거이동의사에 미치는 영향 연구

Abstract

수도권을 중심으로 1인 가구의 주거이동의사 결정요인에 따라 주거이동을 결정하는 요인들을 살펴보고, 특히 상대주거비용 및 항상소득이 주거이동시 지역이동 및 점유형태 유형의 변화에 미치는 요인을 함께 살펴보고자하였다. 주요분석결과, 주거이동의 경우 성별, 나이, 교육수준, 비아파트 거주, 상대주거비용, 항상소득, 연소득 및 주택만족도 요인이 주거이동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The study investigates the factors affecting the decision making of one preson household movements in the metropolitan area, and also examines the factors of comparative living costs and permanent income affecting the change of the type of occupation and regional movements. The main results of the analysis are as follows: regression analysis showed that sex, age, education level, non-apartment residence, comparative living cost, permanent income, annual income and housing satisfaction factors had significant effects on residential mobility.
