공무원의 복종 의무 인식에 관한 연구

Abstract

This study aimed to define some of the government officers perception on the duty of obedience, and to explore the various reactions to the event that provided valuable insights on how vertical orders work in Korean central government system. Interview, observation, and open coding from research material developed 15 major categories and 35 subcategories, which then were repeatedly filtered through axial coding and selective coding, resulting in providing all 6 paradigms from Strauss & Corbins paradigm model(1990).

본 연구는 공직사회 내부에서 상관의 지시가 작동하는 구조를 살펴보고자 했다. 면접, 관찰, 기타 문헌자료를 바탕으로 진행한 개방코딩 결과 35개의 하위범주와 15개의 상위범주를 도출했으며, 이후 축코딩과 선택코딩 결과 Strauss와 Corbin(1990)의 6개 패러다임 요소를 모두 발견할 수 있었다.
