- Abstract
- System of Carrying properties into Korea(JaeSan-Banip, 財産搬入) was aimed for tax exemption of homecomers properties when they retum to Korea permanently. This system was originated from the Korea-Japan relations after Independence(1945).
In the early 1960s, Koreas national task was raising capital for economic development. Parks Government planned to use this system to inflow overseas Koreans big capital. On the contrary, Government intended to restrict homecomers little capital.
