Mediastinal follicular dendritic cell sarcoma (FDCS) is an exceedingly rare malignant tumor. We report, herein, detailed imaging findings of mediastinal FDCS, appearing as a large, well-circumscribed, strongly enhancing mass with central coarse calcification on computed tomography, with moderately increased metabolic activity on 18F-fluoro-2-deoxyglucose positron emission tomography.-
