| dc.description.abstract | 소규모 저층 건물의 밀집경관, 근대문화예술인 가옥 및 주변의 문화적 공간 등 '문화적 경관의 서로 다름'을 포함하는 서촌 문화지구 적용가능성을 도출하기 위하여 현재 문화지구가 가진 가능성과 한계점을 보완하는데 연구의 최종 목표이다. 따라서 문화지구 지정 후에도 목적에 벗어나는 개발을 막거나 유도하는 지속가능한 방안을 마련하고자 한다. 또한 이러한 관점에서 보스톤의 문화지구 조닝이 역사지구와 차이점은 무엇인지 규명하는 것은 서촌의 문화적 공간 재형성에 큰 의미를 제공하리라 생각한다. 서촌의 문화지구의 성공률을 높이기 위하여 1)문화지구 갖는 역사지구와 다른 계획 요소는 무엇인가? 2)어떻게 규제하고 유도 하는가? 3)향후 서촌에 문화지구 도입할 경우 시사점은 없는지 살표본다. | en |
