Abstract
In this paper, to provide suggestions for the KRP Management Theory from a broader perspective we attempt to discover what the core factors are in society's developmental process. In addition, we examine the core factors that develop an organization, the most representative form making up society, and afterwards in order to concentrate our efforts on KRP Management Theory we study in depth modern day's representative organizational form. the "firm".

Based upon our study of society and organizations, and particularly when we recognize that the three core factors in firm's development are Knowledge(K), Resources(R), and Power(P), we can redefine the concept of firm management. Here, Knowledge(K) Management is defined as a management method in which to have new value-creation occur, firms need to develop and spread knowledge assets, and Resources(R) Management is defined as "a management method in which to achieve efficiency management innovations firms should strategically acquire and utilize needed tangible resources." And, Power(p) Management is defined as a management method in which to build continuous trust, firms should acquire and exercise power through legitimate means." Based upon these definitions, we will further study how we can explain the foundations of KRP Management and precisely what is meant by knowledge assets, tangible resources, and power. Studying the focus of each management method will help us in building understanding of KRP. Next, we examine for practicality in KRP Management Theory. We will see how useful KRP Management is as a response to knowledge/information society, plural society, and global society. which characterize today's changing environment. In addition. in order to discover how KRP Management can contribute to designing a framework for long-term management development. we will look at the meaning of the firm's whole picture (G-KRP-I Model) and its usefulness in establishing firms master plan and evaluating top management. Lastly, in order for KRP Management Theory to secure its place as a scholarly discipline. we will examine its theoretical aspect. We intend to place theoretical setting of KRP Management Theory in systems theory. Therefore. after examining further the systems theory, we will analyze problems associated with it and what needs to be resolved in the future. and through the concept of amoeba and hub. we will attempt to find solutions to those problems.
