| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 품질의 기본적 개념의 검토에서 출발하여, 품질경영 관련 연구들 중 품질경영의 추진
방식(practice)의 요인을 분류한 기존 연구들을 기초로 하여 품질경영 추진방식의 Infra 요인과 Process 요인의 구분을 시도하였다. Infra 요인에는 주로 인적인 측면과 기반 역할에 해당하는 내용이 포함되는데, 경영층 리더십, 교육 및 훈련, 공급업체 관리, 인력관리 등을 내용으로 한다. 한편 Process 요인은 시스템 및 하드웨어적 측면과 절차와 관련된 내용들을 포함하는데, 통계적 프 로세스 관리, 절차의 표준화를 내용으로 한다. | - |
