공급사슬 통합구조의 설립에 관한 연구

Abstract

The objective of this study is to define the meaning of the supply chain integration and to

determine the processes that are supposed to be included in supply chain integration and

managerial elements that are needed to manage each process theoretically. That builds the

framework for the future study on structuring desirable integration architecture for

systematic supply chain integration. This study introduces the meaning and importance of 6

processes (strategy integration, logistics integration, metrics integration, resource integration,

organizational integration, information technology integration) that are included in supply

chain integration and brings up core managerial elements of each integration process on the

basis of reference.
