| dc.description.abstract | 한국사상사에서 18세기는 실학사상이 새로운 학풍으로서 자리를 잡았다는 점에서 중요한 의미가 있으며, 星湖學派와 北學派의 실학사상은 서양문물을 수용함으로써 그 세계관의 새로운 방향을 열어갔다는 점에서 특성을 지니는 것이라 할 수 있다. 그것은 유교사회에 천주교신앙과 서양과학기술을 내용으로 하는 西學이 본격적으로 전래하면서 새로운 사유방법의 충격이 얼어났음을 의미하며, 이에 따라 18세기에는 유교와 서학 사이에 東西사상의 교류가 일어나면서 유교전통사상에 새로운 세계관을 싹트게 하였을 뿐만 아니라, 조선사회에서는 천주교신앙의 발단으로 심한 갈등을 불러일으키기도 하였다. | - |
