| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 사회가 필요로 하는 임업전문인을 교육시키는 대학의 교육내용이 급변하는 국
내외 변화， 즉 국내적으로는 학부제의 도입과 복수전공 등과 같은 대학의 개혁이요， 국외적 으로는 지속가능한 산림경영이라는 새로운 패러다임에 맞추어 어떻게 개선되어야 하는지를 파악하기 위하여 수행되었다. 대학에서 교육올 받은 졸업생의 주된 취업처는 산림청 및 산 하기관， 지자체 임업관련부서， 산림조합 둥이 주된 수요처이기 때문에 이들 기관이 대학에 바라는 것은 무엇인지를 밝히는 것이 주된 목적이며 대안을 모색하는 과정에서 외국의 사 례를 참고로 하였다. | - |
