- 著者들은 財務管理(Financial Administration)의 집필의 목적을 (非銀行)利益追求의 企業經營에 적용될 수 있는 財務管理의 基本原則을 大學 學部의 經營學科 學生에게 習得시키는 것에 두고 있다. 또 著者들은 抽象的인 理輪과 嚴密한 數理的모델을 의식적으로 다루지 않았음을 强調하고 있다. 그들은 이 約束을 敎科書의 全內容을 통하여 充糞히 지키고 있다.
