| dc.description.abstract | 오늘날 各國의 關稅制度는 각종 政策目標를 달성하기 위한 多樣 機能을 수행하고 있다. 원래 關稅도 그 起源은 國家活動에 소요되는 財源을 조달하는데 있었다고 보아야 할 것이지만 高率의 關稅가 輸入을 억제하는 效果를 갖고 있기 때문에 일찍이 關稅의 國內産業保寶機能에 대해서도 많은 關心이 표명되어 왔다. | - |
