- 앞 第四章에서 組織雰團氣에 대한 現狀을 分析해 보았으므로 本章에서는 그러한 組熾雰圍氣 속에서 從事하고 있는 構成員들의 組織有效性에 대한 反廳，즉 構成員들의 職務滿足 및 同調性 程度와 構成員들이 知願하는 組織의 適應性 程度가 어떠한가를 個別變數別로 살펴보기로 한다.
