안산ㆍ인천 石場屯量案의 토지정보와 성격

Abstract

석장둔은 경기도 안산과 인천 경계의 갯벌을 간척한 장토이다. 이 논문에서는 규장각에 보관되어 있는 『安山石場屯量案』(奎No. 18997)과 『仁川石場屯量案』(奎No. 18996)의 작성시기, 첨부된 수취기록의 연대추정을 통해 자료분석의 기초를 마련하였다. 석장둔양안은 1755년에, 양안상의 수취기록은 1829년부터 1894년에 걸쳐 작성된 것으로 확정하였다. 석장둔양안에 기록된 여러 가지 토지정보를 분석하여 미간지가 많은 점, 논이 많은 점, 토지모양이 직사각형인 경우가 많은 점, 토지등급이 부여되지 않은 점 등을 통해 간척지양안으로서의 성격을 확인하였다. 석장둔양안은 조선시대 간척지 양안으로서 가장 온전한 모습을 보여준다. Seokjang-dun (石場屯) is a reclaimed farm, originally tideland between Ansan and Incheon County. This article is based on Ansan Seokjang-dun Terrier and Incheon Seokjang-dun Terrier. I could confirm that Seokjang-dun Terrier was drawn up in 1755 and its appended tax levying notes from 1829 to 1894. Seokjang-dun Terrier is identified as the terrier of the reclaimed land with a lot of the uncultivated, high proportion of paddy field, predominance of the rectangular form, non-classification of land fertility, etc.
