| dc.description.abstract | 20세기의 마지막과 21세기의 시작은 격동적인 변화와도전의 파고로부터 시작되었다는 점에서는 사회 각 분야가 동일하다. 사회 각 부분이 직면한 위협은 조직 혹은 기구의 존재 여부 자체에 대한 질문을 던졌고 이에 충분한 대비를 한 조직과 그렇지 못한 조직간의 확연한 차이를 분명히 보여주었다. 우리에게 주어진 사명과 목표는 무엇인가? 과연 우리 기관은 올바르게 운영되고 있는가? 그렇다면 우리에게 무엇이 필요한가?에 대한 근본적인 질문에 명확한 답을 얻기 위하여 수개월에 걸친 토론과 의견 조율이 필요하였고 이를 실시하게 되었다. 태양계에서의 태양과 같이 고정 불변의 중심점인 우리의 설립목적을 만들고 이를 실천하기 위한 즉, 태양을 중심으로 움직이기 위한 일정한 괘도를 부여하는 전략적인 계획입안이 본 연구의 목표이다. | en |
