| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 우리나라 경찰 공무원의 교육훈련제도 중 총경을 대상으로 하는 경찰 고위정책과정 교육훈련체제의 실태를 분석하고，개선방안을 제시한 것이다. 그 내용올 보면 먼저，교육훈련제도에 관한 이론적 고찰을 시도하고，다음으로 경찰공무원 고위정책과정의 현황과 실태를 분석해 본다. 그리고 중앙공무원 교육원에서 2, 3급 공무원을 대상으로 하는 고위정책과정과 4급 공무원을 대상으로하는 고급관리자과정(4급) 교육훈련의 실태를 고찰해 보고，이것을 경찰 공무원 고위정책과정과 비교·검토해 본다. 이러한 검토를 바탕으로 하여 경찰 고위정책과정의 문제점과 개선방안을 제시해 보고자한다. | - |
